About
the
Line
Lopatič Basic Line guitars are designed for players who value excellent playability, reliable craftsmanship, and a balanced tone at a more accessible price point. While the tonewoods used may be visually less striking compared to the Prestige Line, the tonal quality remains equally rich, clear, and responsive. The sides are made of solid wood, offering a lighter and more traditional feel. Despite the simpler construction, each guitar is built with the same attention to detail and scientific approach as the higher-end models. Bracing patterns are carefully matched to the top wood: Hauser-style bracing is used for spruce soundboards, providing clarity and tonal balance, while Ramírez-style bracing is used for cedar tops, emphasizing warmth and responsiveness. The guitars are equipped with Gotoh 35AR1800 tuning machines, ensuring smooth and precise tuning stability. With their combination of quality, comfort, and sound performance, Basic Line guitars are a great choice for students, advanced players, and anyone looking for a high-quality classical guitar at a more affordable price tag.
